After the splendid and impressive opening on Wednesday evening, the pavilion received its first guests on Thursday. Though we have not doubted Latvia’s ability to surprise positively, after seeing what happened on the first day of pavilion opening, we understood that something like this we had not imagined even in our boldest dreams. Perhaps also the fact that the EXPO attendance yesterday was the highest so far (377,015 people) plays a part in this.

Hi all!
Just from a Canadian’s perspective (about to visit the Expo in two weeks), I’m really looking forward to seeing and exploring’s Latvia’s pavilion. The country has truly done a remarkable job…love the theme, “Technology of Happiness”. Excited to learn more about Latvia in the coming weeks and experience the sensation of flying!

100% piekrītu Lāsmai. Varētu pat teikt, ka viņa man “vārdus izrāva no mutes ārā”.
Un man patīk dizains, jo pirms tam es domāju, ka laba ideja- vēja tunelis, bet no ārpuses īpaši smuks neizskatās. Tagad jāsaka, ka arī no ārpuses labi izskatās.
