Are you ready for it? Be a volunteer worker in the Latvia pavilion; get to know the whole world and gain breathtaking experience which will be useful in your further life.

The volunteers work in the pavilions of all the countries represented, as well as in the EXPO organization – it is generally accepted practice. If your heart beats in one rhythm with Latvia – join! Be a volunteer worker in the Latvia pavilion during the exhibition from May 1 until October 21, 2010.

Work positions necessary in the pavilion:

.        Client services operator – serves those who have won the chance to fly in the vertical wind tunnel. Requirements: computer literacy, service-oriented, capability deal with problems involving client service fast. Vacancies: 2 persons (1 person per shift).

.        Guide of the pavilion – ensures order in the pavilion, informs the visitors about the chance to fly. Vacancies: 10 persons (5 persons per shift).

.        Shop-assistant – organizes sale, works on a cash-register and a computer, and parcels the goods. Requirements: good cash-register and computer skills. Vacancies: 6 persons (3 persons per shift).

We would like you: to speak Latvian, English, and Chinese, to be ready to represent Latvia every day, hour, and minute, to have a will and capability to create the best possible impression about your country.

Working hours:

First shift

9.30 – 16.00

Second shift

16.00 – 23.00

For every worker we provide:

-      living in our rented flat;

-      RMB 100 (EUR 10) per diem;

-      travelling expenses to and from Shanghai.
